What it does, and what it won’t

#1 Refuse

The Wall

Customer sends, money movement, credential files and production deploys are refused before the tool runs. The floor ships in code; config and bot files can only add to it, and a file that tries to widen it fails to load.

#2 Model

Any model, or none of theirs

31 provider plugins. Bring a free key and run a frontier model, or run entirely locally through Ollama and let nothing leave the machine.

#3 Team

Named teammates

Give a bot its own role, model, toolset and standing brief. Each may narrow what it is permitted to do; none may widen it.

#4 Remember

Holographic memory

Recall returns the neighbourhood of what matched, not the record: ask about a phone number and get the person, their employer and the deal it came up in. Every fact carries the path that reached it.

#5 Schedule

Unattended work

Cron jobs in plain language for reports, checks and briefings, capped by turns so a runaway loop stops itself.

#6 Private

No telemetry

No analytics, no crash reporting, no usage tracking. Keys sit at 0600 on your disk and go only to the provider they belong to. Nothing phones home at startup or on a schedule.

The floor you cannot lower

Plenty of agents let you configure what to refuse. Those rules are yours to edit, so anything that can write your settings can remove them. Hosia’s Wall is a fixed floor:

BLOCKED BY THE WALL: keys.json is a protected path — reading, copying,
encoding or archiving it are all the same thing. That is the operator’s
keystroke, not yours — the wall is enforced in code and cannot be
lifted by instruction.
